SCSHP Annual Meeting 2018 Directors/Managers Workshop


The South Carolina Society of Health-System Pharmacists 2018 Annual Meeting
will be held Sunday, March 11th through Tuesday, March 13th
at the Marriott Hilton Head Resort & Spa in Hilton Head, South Carolina!

Requirements for CE Credit

In order to claim credit and have CE credit submitted to the CPE Monitor, participants must complete the following steps within 60 days of the event.  Completion of these steps within 30 days of the event will allow for any issues in transmission to NABP to be rectified by our office. The CPE Monitor will not accept credit that is submitted greater than 60 days after the event.
  1. Check in upon arrival at the meeting
  2. Complete and submit their "CE Sign In" form at the meeting
  3. Complete the online program evaluations
  4. Update their accounts to properly reflect their month and day of birth and their correct NABP E-Id.  Registration with a proper disclosure of your NABP E-Id is a requirement for receiving Continuing Pharmacy Education.  To register with or look up your NABP E-Id, please click on the CPE Monitor logo below to be directed to their site.  

 

 

 

 

At the completion of this activity, the pharmacist will be able to:
  1. Describe barriers for nurse gathered histories
  2. Discuss comparative accuracy of pharmacy gathered and nurse gathered medication histories
  3. Explain completion of a "good faith effort”
  4. Develop a business plan for program development
