  2. Discuss legal and regulatory updates impacting the provision of immunizations in South Carolina
  3. Identify updates to the ACIP recommended vaccines for pediatric and adult populations in the period of 2023 to the present
 
Sweet Relief: Diabetes Management Review and Drug Updates

Objectives:
  1. Discuss the pathophysiology of diabetes
  2. Identify the 2024-2025 ADA goals for the treatment of diabetes
  3. Compare different prescription and over the counter medications for diabetes treatment
  4. Discuss new diabetes medications and devices recently introduced into practice
 
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Learning New Strategies to Strengthen Teamwork and provide effective communication

Objectives:
  1. Identify key elements of effective teamwork
  2. Review strategies to provide effective communication
  3. Discuss emotional intelligence strategies to promote better workplace interactions

Requirements for CE Credit

Participants must sign in upon arrival, have attendance verified, attend the program in its entirety, and fully complete the associated online evaluation(s).  
 
To claim credit for this activity, participants must complete the online program evaluation(s) within 30 days from the start of the activity, and must update their accounts to properly reflect their month/day of birth and correct NABP e-Profile ID.  To register with NABP or look up your NABP e-Profile ID, please click on the CPE Monitor logo below to be directed to their site. 
 
Credit that is claimed greater than 60 days from the date of the program will be automatically rejected by the CPE Monitor.  Claiming credit within 30 days of the live program will ensure that any issues with transmission to the CPE Monitor can be rectified in advance of the 60-day deadline.
