Target Audience: Physicians, pharmacists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other healthcare professionals with special interest in antimicrobial stewardship.
 

Session Learning Objectives:: 
  1. Identify common risk factors for invasive fungal infection.
  2. Assess patient and infection-specific factors needed for the selection of appropriate antifungal therapy in critically ill patients.
  3. Apply pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic knowledge of antifungal agents to an invasive fungal infection case scenario.
