  1. Summarize the background and emerging evidence regarding oral cefadroxil for the management of invasive Gram-positive infections.
  2. Assess the design, findings, and clinical implications of “Cefadroxil as Oral Transitional Therapy for Gram-Positive Bacteremia With or Without Non-Vertebral Osteomyelitis: A Multicenter Retrospective Cohort Study”.

  1. Apply the current standards for inpatient antimicrobial stewardship practice when solving complex patient or system challenges and improving antibiotic prescribing in ambulatory care settings.
