Requirements for CE Credit
To claim credit, participants must sign-in and attend the entire program. No partial credit will be issued. Participants must complete an online evaluation (providing their correct NABP e-profile number and day/month of birth) in order to have credit reported to the NABP CPE Monitor. Evaluations should be completed and credit claimed within 30 days of the live program to ensure transmission to the NABP CPE Monitor. The NABP CPE Monitor will not accept any credit claimed and transmitted greater than 60 days from the date of the live program.
At the completion of this activity, the pharmacist will be able to:
- Summarize SC H.3824 and the new CE requirement for pharmacists.
- Review case studies of controlled substance monitoring in the outpatient setting.
- Review case studies of controlled substance monitoring in the hospital setting.
At the completion of this activity, the pharmacy technician will be able to:
- Identify the pharmacy technician’s role in controlled substance monitoring.
- Review case studies of controlled substance monitoring in the outpatient setting.
