Registration Fees:
- Fees include continental breakfast and lunch
- Early registration prior to December 28, 2018:
- Pharmacists: $110
- Pharmacy technicians: $80
- Registration after December 28, 2018 will increase by $10:
- Pharmacists: $120
- Pharmacy technicians: $90
- Please note that fees will appear as “Learning Express” on your credit card statement
Cancellations: USC COP reserves the right to cancel the entire program. In the event of a cancellation, each participant will be notified via email prior to the program and a full tuition refund will be made. All refunds should be requested in writing on or before December 28, 2018 and will be subject to a $10 administrative fee. No cancellation requests will be accepted after December 28, 2018.
Accreditation: The University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. 
This program has been accredited for 6.0 live contact hours (0.6 CEUs) for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Five hours qualify as “drug therapy or patient management”, and one hour is designed to combat the opioid epidemic through pain management and “approved procedures for monitoring controlled substances”. One hour is accredited as “medication safety”, a requirement for PTCB recertification for pharmacy technicians.
Participants must sign in at the program and have attendance verified. Participants must complete online evaluations within 30 days to facilitate transmission to the CPE Monitor. Failure to provide correct and/or complete information may result in your activity not being reported to the CPE Monitor. ACPE requires that all credit be claimed and reported within 60 days after the live event. This is an application-based learning activity.

Requirements for CE Credit
Participants must sign in upon arrival and have attendance verified.
To claim credit for this activity, participants must complete the online program evaluation and must update their accounts to properly reflect their month/day of birth and correct NABP e-Profile ID. To register with NABP or look up your NABP e-Profile ID, please click on the CPE Monitor logo below to be directed to their site.
Credit that is claimed greater than 60 days from the date of the program will be automatically rejected by the CPE Monitor. Claiming credit within 30 days of the live program will ensure that any issues with transmission to the CPE Monitor can be rectified in advance of the 60-day deadline.
