  1. Identify ten important foundational principles for an effective system to evaluate a learner’s competence.
  2. Review ten psychological barriers to giving difficult feedback and strategies to overcome them.
  3. Analyze a Five-Stage process for giving crucial instructive feedback when performance falters.

The South Carolina College of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of Continuing Pharmacy Education. Participants must sign in and attend each program to obtain the maximum 6 hours of credit. Participants must update the on-line profile with their NABP e-profile ID and Birth Month/Day  and complete the program evaluation so that credit may be submitted to the CPE Monitor® system. ACPE now requires that all completed pharmacy continuing education credits be processed and claimed no later than 60 days from the date of the live activity. This is a knowledge based activity.
