Speakers: SCCP Experiential Team (Jennifer Baker, Pharm.D; Cathy Worrall, Pharm.D; Whitney Maxwell, Pharm.D)

Learning Objectives:

Discuss the new ACPE standards and guidelines regarding rotation syllabi development.
Create rotation-specific syllabi using SCCP’s new standardized syllabi templates.
Map rotation-specific learning objectives and activities to competencies evaluated in SCCP’s new evaluation tools.

Describe a self-assessment tool used by the SCCP to improve self-awareness, social awareness and communication skills in student pharmacists and preceptors
Evaluate personal results from self-assessment
Analyze various results identified in student pharmacists
Relate application of self-assessment results to improve student – preceptor interactions
