  2. Identify credible information resources regarding holistic therapies

Immunization Update 2020 (11:15 am - 12:15 pm)

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
  1. Discuss the collective role of health care professionals in immunization practices
  2. Discuss and share recent activity of influenza within South Carolina and the nation
  3. Summarize recent changes to ACIP and CDC recommendations for adults
  4. Obtain patient-specific information to identify vaccine needs or contraindications
 
What’s New in Asthma and COPD (12:15pm - 1:15 pm)

At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
  1. Identify new medications and devices for use in asthma and COPD
  2. Discuss associated drug information for medications and devices regarding storage, administration, dispensing and adherence
  3. Discuss the role of the pharmacy technician in improving patient adherence to asthma and COPD medications

Requirements for CE Credit

To claim credit, participants must sign-in at the beginning of the session and attend the entire session.  No partial credit will be issued.  Participants must complete an online evaluation within 30 days (providing their correct NABP e-profile number and day/month of birth) in order to ensure credit is reported to the NABP CPE Monitor.  Any credit claimed greater than 60 days from the date of the program will not be accepted by the NABP CPE Monitor.
