To be eligible for the program, you must be an active SCCP preceptor and have actively participated in student rotations in the last three years.

Speakers: SCCP Experiential Team (Jennifer Baker, Pharm.D; Cathy Worrall, Pharm.D; Whitney Maxwell, Pharm.D)
 
Learning Objectives:
  1. Discuss the new ACPE standards and guidelines regarding rotation syllabi development.
  2. Create rotation-specific syllabi using SCCP’s new standardized syllabi templates.
  3. Map rotation-specific learning objectives and activities to competencies evaluated in SCCP’s new evaluation tools.

  1. Describe  a self-assessment tool used by the SCCP to improve self-awareness, social awareness and communication skills in student pharmacists and preceptors
  2. Evaluate personal results from self-assessment
  3. Analyze various results identified in student pharmacists
  4. Relate application of  self-assessment results to improve student – preceptor interactions
